MY THERAPEUTIC METHOD

PRESENCE
It all starts by learning to be present in each moment. Through both mindfulness and therapeutic practices, presence will be practiced during each session.

RELATION
Relating not just to your past, mind, body, and spirit but also relating to one another. Practice embodying a new version of you and releasing the old patterns within this brave space.

REFINEMENT
This step is about constantly readjusting what works for you, your mind, and your body as you move through and accept change. This space is not just a sounding board but a growth zone.

Have you ever noticed how something subtly shifts when a new insight lands in your body—not just your mind? It’s like the world comes into softer focus. Your breath drops a little lower. Your shoulders unclench. Life doesn’t suddenly become perfect, but it feels more spacious. You’re more present with yourself and with others. There’s a sense of ease, maybe even a quiet joy, that reminds you: oh right… this is me.
And sure—sometimes that happens naturally.
But let’s be honest. Often it doesn’t.
In real life, many of us find ourselves looping in familiar patterns that keep us feeling stuck, disconnected, or braced for what’s next. Old narratives creep in—I’m too much, I’m not enough, something about me is off. These thoughts can feel automatic, like background noise you didn’t consciously choose, yet they shape how you move through the world.
Often times, the “work” really exists in the small moments. The tiny choices. The familiar patterns. And recognizing them can be half of the battle.
If you’re here, I imagine a part of you is ready for something to shift. Not in a force-it, fix-yourself kind of way—but in a gentler, more attuned way. My work is rooted in helping you slow down, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and understand how your nervous system, lived experiences, and inner landscape all intertwine. Through a blend of talk therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, coregulation, and nature-informed perspectives, we create space for curiosity, self-trust, and real change.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you step into this next chapter—one that feels more aligned, embodied, and alive.

I offer a grounded, honest space for change—one that interrupts old patterns and invites real connection. I am clear and compassionate in helping you identify the thoughts, behaviors, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck, while also supporting you in cultivating the inner experience you’re actually longing for.

I have a virtual practice as well as in-person availability if you’re based in or around Asheville, NC. I am licensed in the state of North Carolina and currently private pay only.

ABOUT ME
I have a diverse background creating a rich therapeutic framework, including an environmental science and chemistry degree, thriving Reiki + meditation practice, and have worked in both Medicine Ceremonies and in the Recovery community. I’ve walked many paths, making me relatable to many types of people.
